Meet The Founder

My name is Louis Garcia, born on July 8th, 1995, and I can genuinely attest to the transformative power of God’s love in my life. Entering the foster care system at merely two months old, I experienced a childhood marked by constant upheaval—shifting from home to home, city to city, and school to school. Such instability often felt overwhelming. I am intimately familiar with the solitude of growing up without parental support and the anxiety of not knowing where my next meal or safe shelter would come from. Yet, despite these hardships, I remained grounded in the conviction that God had a purpose for me—a purpose to shape, equip, and ordain me for significant achievement. Grace for Fosters emerged as a direct result of my experiences. For many years, I struggled to comprehend why I was subjected to circumstances entirely beyond my control. However, it was in these very trials that I encountered Christ and resolved to leverage my past as a catalyst for my future. Serving youth, particularly those in foster care, is a profound honor. I am confident in my ability to effect change not only within this generation but also in those to come. My mission is to dismantle the cyclical chains of adversity that have constrained our generation through the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit. I aim to instill seeds of hope, faith, determination, resilience, joy, and self-assurance into the hearts and futures of young people. My relationship with God has been the guiding force directing me toward my destiny. He instilled within me visions, ideas, and aspirations that align with my divine purpose. Now, I am able to articulate that vision clearly, inviting others to join in this journey. I believe that my experiences in foster care and the instability I endured were integral to preparing me for my future endeavors. My trust is anchored in God’s promise found in the Book of Jeremiah: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”As I continue to place my confidence in God, I am committed to helping youth across the nation recognize their true identities—that they are change-makers, leaders, CEOs, healers, and above all, children of God. My goal is to introduce them to a life directed by purpose and fulfillment. Scripture affirms that in Him we live, move, and have our being, and it is through Christ that our ultimate purpose and calling are revealed.I am dedicated to guiding as many young people as possible to become steadfast believers, worshipers leaders, and agents of global transformation. My devotion to prayer, praise, and worship has been unwavering. Despite confronting suicidal thoughts, medication regimens, counseling, and emotional distress, nothing has provided greater hope or meaning than the promises of God and the active application of His Word, coupled with a heart grounded in love.Even in my darkest moments, when memories of abandonment by my parents resurfaced, I clung tightly to God’s assurance that He would never forsake me. His comfort, delivered through songs of praise and worship, sustained me. Because my life is centered on Christ, I have been blessed with opportunities, relationships, mercy, and grace. Now, I am committed to extending that grace freely to others.
